Our History

2/2016-Today: In February 2016 we opened our second location to serve our customers better.  We are in 2502 N. I-35, Gainesville, TX  just North of 82.  This location supports counter sales, as well as concrete tank inventory.

8/2009-1/2016: In 2009 we searched for a system with more features and one which offered a one-set, one-piece system.  We found  Pro Flo Aerobic met all our needs and more, and became a Pro Flo distributor. We continue to offer conventional septic tanks, storm shelters, and grease traps.  Our main focus is manufacturing the Pro Flo Wastewater Treatment Plants and servicing our Installers.

2000 - 8/2009: In 2000, we added square pump tank forms to match our Cajun Aire aerobic tanks so that we could overcome the problem many installers were having of having to dig a hole with a 2-level bottom.

In the last few years we have earned key certifications, found out what our customers needed and continued to improve on our "kit" and available components.  We believe in continuous improvement and are in a constant lookout for ways to provide better and better quality and service.

1996 - 1999: Until 1996 we produced only conventional septic tanks and other miscellaneous products. In the spring of 1997 the laws concerning septic systems in the State of Texas changes. The TNRCC (Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission), now known as TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) changed the entire method of determining what type of septic system could be installed in what type of soil.

The soils in our area are expansive clays which are hard on fiberglass systems.  We shopped around for the best concrete aerobic system and found H.E. McGrew's Cajun Aire  in Bossier City, Louisiana.  We became a licensed manufacturer and distributor for our area.

During that time, we also brainstormed on how we would merchandise our systems.  We would develop a "kit" approach so that we could deliver to the installer everything that was needed to do the entire install when we set the tanks.  We saw from our own experience that it would save a lot of time and trouble.  Installers could spend two or more days purchasing all the components to do the installation.  By delivering the parts needed to do the install at a reasonable price, we could develop a business with installers who were spending too much time collecting materials for the septic system.

By 1999 we had fully expanded the concrete plant, built a concrete batch house and had several Cajun Aire forms. With our own mixer, we controlled the quality of our concrete and mix, perfecting the 'formula'.
